Projects Administrator
We’re looking for a highly organised Projects Administrator to support our projects team with day-to-day coordination and administration. You’ll play a key role in planning resources, managing documentation, supporting procurement, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with engineers and managers, you’ll ensure clear communication, accurate records, and efficient processes that help deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Administrative experience is essential, and experience in engineering or manufacturing is an advantage.

Workshop/Site Operative
We’re seeking a practical, hands-on Workshop / Site Operative to support site maintenance and workshop activities in a varied, fast-paced role.
Key role overview:
- General site and building maintenance
- Supporting workshop and equipment build activities
- Moving, collecting and delivering goods
- Safe use of tools, machinery and vehicles
- Working independently or as part of a team
- Occasional travel and overnight stays
Full training and PPE provided. A full driving licence and fork truck licence are essential. Ideal for someone reliable, adaptable and keen to develop practical skills

Key Account Manager – South UK
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to support the continued growth of our Heat Transfer division across the South of the UK. In this field-based role, you’ll build strong relationships with customers in the dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and wider processing industries—driving sales of heat exchanger services, testing, and equipment while also identifying opportunities across our broader portfolio of process and packaging solutions.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with solid technical knowledge of plate heat exchangers and hygienic process equipment, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Assistant Accountant
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Team. Supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in producing accurate financial information, contributing to monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, statutory returns, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, all within a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with prior finance or accounting experience who is studying towards an AAT (Level 4) or CIMA qualification. You’ll need strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while working collaboratively across the business. It’s a great opportunity to further develop your finance career within a supportive and hands-on team.
