Originally part of the Moody Group, which was founded by Paul Moody in 1975, Moody Direct was formed in 1996. Based in Retford, Nottinghamshire, we are leading suppliers of process and packaging solutions to the dairy, food, beverage, brewery, ice cream, chemical and pharmaceutical industries with a large customer base in the UK, Ireland and around the world.

Spares & Service: From a large stockholding based at our Retford Headquarters, we offer a complete range of spares and components from all the leading manufacturers at highly competitive prices. Our offering includes an extensive stock of OEM and generic spare parts. We offer next day delivery in
the UK on all stocked items if ordered before 4pm. We provide 24 hours, 7 days a week access to spare parts and service. Our highly skilled service team are committed to providing the best of services, both in planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns, you can rest assured we will reduce downtime and increase performance of your plant and machinery. We support: heat exchangers, fillers, CIP systems, pumps, valves, routing systems, pasteurisers, separators and homogenisers.
Plate Heat Exchangers: We supply, service, calibrate and integrity test a wide range of Plate Heat Exchangers. Based at our Retford Headquarters we have the UK’s most modern plate heat exchanger reconditioning centre where we can clean and test your heat exchangers. Machining: We design and manufacture a wide range of generic components used within the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Brewery, Ice Cream, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries.
