Pasteurisation

Our pasteuriser systems are designed to suit your specific process and production requirements and are typically skid mounted, wired and tested at our Retford facility prior to delivery to site.
At the heart of any pasteuriser is the heat exchanger, and in conjunction with all the major OEMs we work quickly to establish the correct type and design to suit your individual application, whether this be a gasketed plate unit, tubular, scraped surface, shell and tube, etc.

The process philosophy can range from a complete manual to fully automated system, or anywhere in between with the control system designed to an agreed philosophy. All systems feature fully compliant control of temperature, holding and divert functions necessary for effective pasteurisation.

As well as in-house fabrication and welding, all commissioning activities, instrument calibration, heat exchanger integrity testing and holding time certification are carried out using our own highly skilled engineers.

We also provide continued support following installation by our service, spares and heat exchanger divisions.
