The APV Howard Cleanline is a rotary, positive displacement pump designed for easy maintenance. The cartridge gearbox can be removed in situation, repaired or replaced and back in production with minimum disruption.

Although this model is now obsolete and replaced by the DW series, we fully support them and carry all spares.

DW Series Rotary Lobe Pump

A direct replacement for the Howard Cleanline range, the robust DW rotary lobe pump can be mounted vertically and horizontally with minimum adjustments to port configuration, to suit your installation.

Its stainless steel construction, moulded end plate gasket and shaft seal design ensure hygienic operation at all times.

No other rotary lobe pump on the market today offers such a wide range of features in one pump. The 26 DW models are hygienic, 3-A and EHEDG approved and cover all requirements from 3 litres /100 revs to 1016/100 revs. Maximum pressure up to 30bar. All product contact parts are AISI 316L stainless steel and elastomers comply with FDA-requirements.
