Process Pump Refurbishment & Repair

Your process pumps will undergo a complete repair and refurbishment process within our state-of-the-art Service & Repair Centre (SRC) located in Retford, Nottinghamshire. Our ISO 9001 accredited facility, large team of engineers and connections with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), enables us to provide a high quality, professional service.

We've been working with process pumps for many years and can refurbish APV/SPX FLOW, Alfa Laval, GEA (Hilge), Tetra Pak, Fristam, MasoSine®, Mono, Depa, Lowara, Bran & Luebbe (SPX FLOW), Simpson and many more!

 

Pump Repair & Refurbishment Process

All our refurbishment processes begin with an initial discussion with one of our knowledgeable personnel to arrange to transport of your pump(s) to our Service & Repair Centre. Following, your process pump receives a unique reference number. Then it will be stripped and inspected in order to provide you with a report of the work required and a cost estimate. With the acceptance of the estimate and report, our engineers will begin the repair or refurbishment of each component and part (as required).

Should we be unable to repair a part, we will replace the item with a genuine pump spare part from our dedicated stores facility. All parts are quality-checked. Next, we will begin to assemble the pump back together again. Thus ready to be professionally tested in our purpose built test bay, to ensure your pump is running at optimum performance. On passing all tests your pump will undergo a final inspection by our Mechanical Engineering Supervisor. Finally, your pump(s) will leave our facility and return to your site.
