Service Administrator
Kick-start your career with Moody Direct Ltd as a Service Administrator. You’ll support our busy Service Department with planning engineer visits, booking accommodation, ordering parts, preparing paperwork and handling customer enquiries.
Tasks include:
- Assist with day-to-day service admin and enquiries
- Prepare quotes, process orders and raise purchase orders
- Organise parts, documentation and logistics for engineer visits
- Help with invoicing and updating our systems
We’re looking for someone organised, friendly and eager to learn, with good communication skills and confidence using IT. Full training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive team.

Key Account Manager – South UK
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to support the continued growth of our Heat Transfer division across the South of the UK. In this field-based role, you’ll build strong relationships with customers in the dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and wider processing industries—driving sales of heat exchanger services, testing, and equipment while also identifying opportunities across our broader portfolio of process and packaging solutions.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with solid technical knowledge of plate heat exchangers and hygienic process equipment, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays are required.
